The criminal legal service team of DeBund consists of several criminal attorneys both theoretically and practically experienced and skilled in dealing with criminal law related cases, some of who had worked in senior legal job positions at governmental and judicial authorities for years before entering DeBund. In the past, our criminal attorneys have been hired for a number of significant cases, for example, the case of a Fudan postgraduate student who was accused of deliberately poisoning his roommate to death; the case of a Fujian villager named Nian Bin who was charged by the local police with murdering his neighbors by putting raticide into their dinner meals and detained for about eight years before being found innocent by the last-trial court; the case of lawyer Li Zhuang, who was charged with inducing and abetting suspects and witnesses to falsify testimonies; the case of fire disaster taking place in Shanghai on 15th November 2010.
