Mr. Yuan Yang is a qualified lawyer and patent agent. His practice areas include intellectual property actions and other intellectual property related matters. He specializes in dealing with patent infringement, invalidity, ownership, trade secret and job invention cases and has broad practical experience in technology contract dispute, customs protection of intellectual property rights, trademark and copyright infringement, intellectual property strategies and plans and other areas As a licensed lawyer, he has handled more than 300 intellectual property cases including several well-known cases decided by the Supreme People’s Court. He attended a seminar on the legal interpretation of patent laws by the supreme court and wrote parts of the Patent Law Practice Guideline published by the All China Lawyers Association. He can work for the benefits of his clients with a high level of skill and extensive experience in practising law.
