1、Equity Litigation: Represented more than a hundred equity-related litigation cases, involving equity transfer disputes, dismissal of shareholders, right of first refusal of equity, confirmation of equity, request for alteration of company registration, request for distribution of profits, share repurchase, disputes over increase of company's capital, disputes over shareholders' damage to the interests of the company, and disputes over equity incentives.
2. Asset M&A: We have undertaken dozens of M&As of industrial real estate projects, including the acquisition of Maoming Mansion, Jitai Bio-acquisition project, and Ikeda Plastic acquisition project.
3、Equity M&A: We have undertaken dozens of major equity M&A projects, including Evergrande Real Estate Group's merger and acquisition of a real estate company in Yangzhou, GLP Logistics' merger and acquisition of a steel structure company in Shanghai, and the merger and acquisition of Eurofood in Shanghai by Australia's JOYY Investment Company.
