1.He represented a construction group company in charge of construction projects across Jiangsu Province in a series of actions against the company in more than 80 cases with a total value of about one billion RMB, mainly involving construction works, building materials transactions, equipment lease, money borrowed through financing and related labor disputes and personal damage. The company managed to reduce its economic losses and capital pressure because the lawyer actively responded to the actions. By dealing with these cases he studied different types of skills in dealing with cases that may involve construction companies.     

2.He represented one of top 10 real estate companies in house purchase contract cases with house owners, including actions brought by the company against the house owners for delayed payments, in which the company’s claim for discharging the house purchase contracts was consented to and a total amount of more than ten million RMB was received by the company as breach penalties, and actions brought by the house owners against the company for delayed transfer of and quality problems in the houses. By dealing with these cases, he became well acquainted with what real estate companies do in the processes regarding filing, development, building, sale of commercial houses, especially types of and skills in dealing with cases arising from payment for, transfer of, quality of and other things connected with houses being sold.    

3.He handled current and fixed asset loan contract cases between the headquarters of a province’s commercial city bank and its branches and bad assets transfer contract cases involving one of the state-owned assets management companies, in which he was responsible for bringing the cases to court, seeking remedies, representing his client in court, mediation, enforcement, etc. and studied and mastered the process of and skills in dealing with bad assets of credit operations of banks and assets management companies.     

4.He provided legal services for the transaction in which a well-know real estate company acquired the subsidiary fully funded and owned by a state-owned real estate company in Jiangsu at the price of RMB 200,000,000. He conducted a due diligence investigation, designed the structure of the dealing, drew up transaction documents and finally obtained the right of development and operation in the acquired entity’s state-owned land use right, for the acquirer.   

5.He advised the Government of Nanjing on legal matters connected with construction of a ecological technology park and reviewed and amended all contracts for the park covering a total area of 83 square kilometers. The contents of the construction project involve a subway, landscape, buildings, intelligent water and electrical supply equipment. The steps taken in the project include its exploration, design, performance and supervision.     

6.He was legal adviser of a subsidiary of one of the four largest private group companies in Nanjing, established through co-investment by the private group company and a Hong Kong company, with its business covering traditional Chinese medicine for children, child education and animation. He provided a full range of compliance and risk control services regarding business operation, business contracts, protection of intellectual property rights, etc.

7.He was legal adviser of a large state-owned group company in Shanghai with its business covering assets operation and management, international trade, conferences and exhibitions, human resource areas. He reviewed and amended contracts for and gave legal advice to the company.
