It was reported that a lot of disputes arose as Duanhong Fitness, a business run at the same address as the closed large fitness chain Weider Tera asked people who currently has membership of Weider Tera to pay membership fees to Duanhong Fitness. My researches show that Duanhong Fitness took over the personnel, place and facilities of the former business Weider Tera with approval of government departments of Shanghai, including sports and market regulation authorities at district and municipal levels.
