On August 2, 2022, Qiao Wenbao's lawyer team conducted data security compliance training for China Unicom Shanghai Branch. The training focused on the civil code, network security law, data security law and personal information protection law. Lawyer Wang Haichuan introduced the content of data protection in the civil code and the criminal risks that may be involved by enterprises. Lawyer Guo Yaojie explained the network security level protection system, the security protection of key information infrastructure, the data classification and the whole process security management of telecom enterprises.

Rich cases were cited in the training, including an in-depth analysis of the incident, illegal matters, punishment basis and subsequent impact of the recent large amount of punishment imposed by the Internet Information Office on Didi, and answers to the questions raised by the trainees. In addition, Qiao Wenbao's lawyer team also implemented the localization operation guidelines for the Information Security Compliance Manual issued by the headquarters of China Unicom Group, and prepared the corresponding question bank for the training content for the trainees to further consolidate the key points of compliance.
